SBG, your colors look better than in the previous pictures posted.
Jeanie, I'm with you, cannot handle the fast speed on the sewing machine. lol
And the older I get the slower I drive too, especially at night.

Here is the center of the FW Medallion Quilt. Now to get it on the Medallion Thread. We start the actual individual blocks this week - 2 a week. First week looks easy. Hopefully I can get another quilt sandwiched and will quilt on it during the week too.

This is my Cozy Quilt Block of the Month that I did way back in 2012. The blocks sat for a long time, then I added the borders. Well I can now see that I did not cut all the blocks to the same size! I guess it is a good way to see how I have progressed in my quilting over the years! This is the oldest quilt that I had on my list, I guess because I am not pleased with it! Anyway, I decided to quilt it up and that someone who does not know anything about quilting may want it at some point! The colors are delightful!

No, I quilt on my Brother PQ1500S. I just love that straight stitch machine. I love to piece on it, and it works well for the quilting I do. I mostly SITD with Superior Monopoly Thread. But I do like to use their multi-color threads for the borders. I do not do any free motion quilting, as I have never been a fan of it. I kind of like my blocks to stand out, which they do by SITD. The closest I have come was my quilt I posted a month or so ago done with the curved ruler. I really like how that turned out on such a busy quilt. I will be using it again. It was so quick - I think that is what people say with FMQ.
