I am still forging ahead, but see road blocks with my eye surgery for a time I will be down, but not out. The drops before and after for a week each time will limit me on a temporary basis, and I truly hope its all temporary, and admit its scary. Risky the one and only eye is a risk; its the only choice I have.... and hoping for the best. What will be, will be.

I did finally stop that new d@!! run-away stitchin' machine. But not with the "Whoa!" It will be DH sew machine to use. Whew. I am happy about that. :thumbup: On crazy occasions, I might use it. I am just too set in my ways at what I am used too at my age I guess. Its my Comfort zone.

More beautiful groupings of MB's, I am starting to worry over one of mine now, I don't think it will "fit". Might discuss it with the Quilt Inspector, or make another one, or send two and let the recipient choose..

The weather is nice again so I will be out part of the day. I decided to finish Ode to my Mom first and I hope I can stick to that. It's time to finish a few quilts otherwise the UFO pile will be growing and growing and I don't like that!!!

It's another beautiful day here...One more week of watching my oldest GS before school starts on the 9th this year...I cannot understand why it's sooo late this year...We'll be leaving on the 3rd...Oh my gosh...I just realized I'm going to be traveling that day to NC...I'll have to post the new thread late Monday evening after 11 p.m. DH needs to check on the house more often now and It's finally dawning on me that he just wants to play his favorite golf courses....
