Even though I haven't quilted #2 or finished putting together #3 (which got interrupted by four Christmas quilts), I'm in for this ride. I have lots of charms I can use. Thanks, Judy, for doing yet another one. This sounds like fun. For now, all I have is some leftover shortbread cookies to add to our table. My diet starts after New Year's Day!

Have you determined which New Year's Day? There is always Chinese New Years which falls a little later, specifically after the train ride ends.

sewnso, can't wait to see your finished #3 -- please post a picture. And so glad to hear you like the pattern so much. It was my favorite of the first 3 mysteries.
pocoellie, food participation not a prerequisite, but you are welcome to snack on whatever is laid out in the club car! Glad you are along for the ride. And no rush to get it done, just add it to the list of to-do projects -- I don't like UFO, as I never seem to go back to them if I have labeled them as such. LOL

Almost missed the train until Elisabrat reminded me last night! I was sewing on batik blocks. I need to get started on the cutting, whacking and sewing. I'll check in later

Wow, nine pages and it's only the first day. When someone mentioned breakfast tacos I decided I better jump on. That was after I'd decided that I just couldn't because of other needs. We'll see what happens. Good thing this isn't one of those bullet trains that's past before you can even think. I love reading this thread. I too would like to have the carrot marmalade recipe. I've never had it and love carrots.

Jaba and whitepine, so good to see you again! You're going to like this project, I think. I hope! I liked it enough to start on a light-weight king size one. Only deadline I've set for it is April, when I take the heavy winter quilt off the bed.
