My Friday put me at 0 loss for the week. Then hubby brought me just a little Chinese last night--since he stopped to get a sub--just a spoonful of Lo Mein and some fried rice--and I ate it all and was up a lb from the sodium today. I know that part will come right off... but sheesh I've never had such a hard time losing 5 lbs...

You guys are all doing great!!
Linda: thanks for the weight loss totals. Just think: we're not only reducing our 'carbon foot print' but we're also reducing our butts LOL!!
Now to just get thru the SuperBowl with minimal snacking. I'm going to embroider to keep my hands busy.

75.6 lbs of fat! How amazing is that?!! Motivation is a key part of losing weight so I hope we can all stay encouraged to change our lifestyles to get healthier. Sometimes we may have a bad eating day, but lets get back on the road to success!! We can do it!!

That really is amazing! Shows how much strength there is in numbers. Our pound/s alone might not sound like much, but look at the outcome! We are all part of the greater picture. :-) You all are the best ever!!!
