TRUE. My sister actually did this. Her MIL gave her this ad when she first got married and told her it would keep her from getting pregnant if she would use it after intercourse. The only thing it did was burn her badly. She had to have medical treatment for it. I was about 13 years old when it happened, but I remember it clearly.

Well, the ads did what they were made to do - sold product. Not that I approve. Especially the ad for soda. Too many parents around here let their kids drink soda at an early age, and the teeth show it.

Thank goodness for the changes we have experienced.
