A piece of wedding cake that was baked and decorated by the Best Man : ) It was white cake and in between the layers he laid out fresh raspberries and drizzled Chambord liqueur. It was beautifully decorated as well. I had to rescue the cake top and put it in the freezer because the guests were going back for seconds on the cake. Delicious :!:

I'll start: Caviar
You must have had better caviar than I did because I thought I'd have to lick my armpit to get the taste out of my mouth.

There is nothing better on Gods green earth than Dungeness Crab from the Pacific Northwest. I grew up on Hood Canal (Grammas_) and we ate crab, fresh salmon, and oysters (small Olympias) practically every day. Last August I went to Wa State to see my kids and my boy (50) said he had a surprise for me. It was fresh Halibut, Sea bass and Dungeness crab that he and his other caught in the San Juan Islands and the halibut in the Pacific Ocean. I ate that stuff for 3 solid days. My heritage is American Indian from the Washington coast so I am a native and also a seafood lover. Can't get ANY fresh seafood here in lovely sunny Arizona!!!!! Am taking an Alaska Cruise in May and hope to stuff myself on crab, fish and oysters, and some Lobster from the east coast.....

a big dish of butter pecan ice cream or vanilla icecream with strawberries on top. of course, chocolate covered pecan candy is nice too.

I'd have to say Homemade black walnut ice cream. mom would get it ready, dad ran the ice cream maker as we kids helped add ice and salt. the anticipation about tore us up, but was worth it.
