You must have had better caviar than I did because I thought I'd have to lick my armpit to get the taste out of my mouth.
Ahahahahaha! That is hilarious!

Have to second the homemade black walnut ice cream but also put in a plug for my father's corn fritters with real maple syrup or my mom's fried chicken dinner. When I was stationed in Germany, we used to go the the Shutzen Haus restaurant and they served a "Shutzen Platter" dinner there that was delicious and filling plus reasonably priced. Too many good foods to narrow it down to one except fresh caught and cooked lobster dripping in butter. That would be my final meal. Just the lobster and plenty of it. Yummers.

Homemade English Toffee!!! My mom made it when I was a child and I make it every Christmas.

This year I sent a tray of cookies with English Toffee in the middle in a cupcake paper with my daughter to work. The first person, ate a piece of the english toffee and took the whole thing!

My mom's cornbread. She passed away in 1987. Would love to have some. She made the best ever.

My Mom's made from scratch Macaroni and Cheese - and I waited too long to ask her for the recipe - she couldn't remember it - she always made it 'by slap and by dash.' She used small mac shells, butter, I don't know what kind of cheese in chunks, poured milk on it and baked it. I loved the crispy edges!
