Being up is a regular thing for me. I sleep for an hour or two then I'm up for an hour or two. then I'm sleepy again. This goes on 24 hours a day. I'm beginning to get some things done during the hour or two that I'm up. I'm even getting used to it.

I am so glad you got some sleep I did as well the same way. I hate when I don't get sleep. Makes for a rough day. I am planning a nap today. Have a good day and praying you get some sleep tonight.

Sometimes when I am wide awake I realize that I went to bed too early. Other times I know I have not had enough water during the day so I drink two glasses of tap water. It me helps relax and go back to sleep. Other times I get up for a quiet hour, and then go back to sleep.

Have a sleep test to ease your mind.I had problems like that and now the lag time is only 10min before I am sleeping soundly with a CPAP machine.
