    Curious to see what you decide to do. If I had this opportunity, had the funds and a place to store it, if the fabric was good quality, I would do it. If he is wanting to move he is probably more than willing to negotiate the deal! Keep us posted - inquiring minds want to know :-)

    UPDATE:

    He sold the fabric Sunday. Thats ok. He probably got a better price then what I wanted to pay.
