Any way, I was putting the first bag in the car which had thread etc in it... turned around and a young woman was running off with my bag of fabric!!!!!!!!!!!! Stunned!!! shock!! She just disappeared when I looked for my phone to call the police.... no one in site.. anywhere? I usually do my shopping online because I have a bum knee, it is such a nice day here today I decided to get some fresh air and headed into town. I know to be aware of my surroundings but this takes the cake. Be very careful out there, you never know who is watching you.

Thank goodness you were not hurt. But what an awful experience.
That is so horrible. It's a shame some people do things like this.
I would watch Craigslist and ebay and see if it turns up. If so, you can follow up with the police.

I am sorry this happened to you. It would be so nice if the fabric store could have replaced it if you had a police report.

I am so very sorry that this happened to you! How sad! I am however happy that they did not hurt you or get your purse. Or all of the above & take your car. Carjackings are on the rise in many areas. This shows how cautious we all must be from now on. HUGE HUGS
