Just a shout out to Annie's Crafts. I had a problem with an order I placed yesterday. They corrected the problem and in a timely manner. I'm not affiliated with Annie's, just grateful for their fast response and favorable out come.

They have great customer service! Several of my orders ship the same day they were place. Love their zippers.
