Todays diet was the famous "SeeFood" diet!!! I "see" food. I eat food. Actually I did good today. I had a salad, ate watermelon. Had ONLY ONE enchilada...promptly put the rest in single servings and tossed them in the freezer..the lasagna...I never even tasted but also hurried and put it in the freezer too. Hubby was a bit disappointed about that though..he wanted to keep eating it until it is all gone. Geez men!!!
Got the dishes washed so that I won't have to "smell" the lasagna or enchiladas.

Get over here Tonnie....how long will it take you 5 or 6 hours? If you get on your broom.....it will only take a few minutes. Come on over if you ever show up at my door, you are welcome to eat with us. :)
   "get on your broom". I sure hope you two know each other!

In my lasagna I put, I make a spaghetti sauce with ground beef, onions, olives, celery, garlic. Then I layer sauce, pasta, sauce, cottage cheese, spinach, mozzerella, cheddar, parmasean, monteray jack cheeses. Once in a great while, I will slice either eggplant or zucchini and layer it in also, but when I do that I Don't eat it. I dont like either of them but hubby does.

Darn! A day late and a dinner short, the story of my life. If there were any enchiladas left, could you put a few in the freezer for me? Guess that won't work for the watermelon, though.
