Dogs ALWAYS have to have the last word! Its like they turn their head away and grumble - but they absolutely have to do it!

We have a Sheltie that we have nicknamed Miss Mouth. She is vocal about everything. When it gets to be a bit much I will shake my index finger at her and then she is beside herself trying not to bark. She goes around whinning and grumbling and looking back to see if I'm still pointing my finger. Too funny!

When I walk my dogs, there is the cutest little white dog in a chain link fence that we pass by sometimes. He runs out to the fence to bark at us, and then he talks to us as we go by! It's like: "hey, you guys, what are you doing on my sidewalk? You need to get off my sidewalk!"
It is hilarious! I have actually seen this little guy jump up into one of their mesquite trees that has low branches, and then walk up the leaned-over trunk til he's about 4-5 feet off the ground.

OOO yes My doggies talk to me all the time. They are so funny. Sometimes my doggies will insist on a treat or a ride in the car. My male dog has to sleep on my pillow at the top of my head. He will grawl at me if I bother him at night. He is to much. I have demanding dogs.. LOL.

    ROFL, yes they do.

I had a half sheltie, half siberian husky that would talk and SING. When I put on 'Werewolves of London' she would howl at the same time the singer did. Cracked me up. I miss that dog, loved her so much.

My aussies smile, grumble, talk a little bit. I'm trying to teach the boy how to talk some. I'm also teaching them to use their 'Indoor Voice' lol.

DD had a Pug, that dog cracked me up. We were trying to train him and he was always grumbling at me. We argued off/on all day long, he hated being told "No" LOL I really miss all of our "conversations."
What would really grt me going was the way he would grumble while he ate :D:D:D
