My husband reminded me that we had Tom Cruze(sp?) and Dustin Hoffman here filming Rain Man. The bathroom scene was filmed in my little town. Sad note: The motel it was filmed in has long since been torn down.

I met Jinny Beyer at her store. When i worked at the Pentagon Katie Curic came to visit some friends that worked in my office. She impressed me greatly.

I painted a portrait of country singer Don Williams, met him backstage in Beaumont, Texas before a concert, he signed the painting and had pics made with him. Met George Strait in the Blackeyed Pea Restaurant in Houston, Texas, was very nice and polite, gave autograph to my granddaughter.
