I'd put them in one of the smaller boxes from US Post Office, wrap reeeally good in bubble wrap. These things are really expense....If these are temporaries, not quite as bad as the final ones he will get. Good Luck!!!

To send items that are both fragile and expensive, (such as these items), get a sturdy small box that will fit the dentures with some room for either some plastic bubblewrap, or foam peanuts for safety against chipping or breaking. Wrap the lower and upper teeth separately in a baggie, and make sure they are not hitting each other in the box. Put in your packing material around each item and ship, marked fragile, first class....(Also, you might insure them for the cost your brother paid to insure that if they are broken, he can recover his money) :-D :-D :-D

I would suggest picking up a denture holder at the pharmacy and then proceed with the bubble wrap and priority mail

put them in a zip lock baggie with a small amount of water then in something else. air popped corn is a really good packaging material and you can feed it to the birds . the water will keep them from drying out.

I was thinking about some of those nice little tins we see places. wrap them in bubble wrat then into the tin and wrap. My husband carried mail 30 years and They don't take much care of the packages during shipment. He was a carrier so he took care of what got to him but sometimes they didn't get to him in very good condition.
