I still love the board but find it more time consuming.
I have to agree with UpNorth and Maride.
The General Chit Chat was a lot more interesting and friendly before we all got our PDA's. It's like having a blog within a board.
I don't post much but I sure like this board.

As one between parent and grandparent I LOVE two-legged baby photos. I never get to the PDA section--so YES I want to see them!! :D

I love seeing pics of babies and pets, too!!! And general chit-chat seems to be the best place. One forum I belong to started a "picture posting thread" within the general forum (like chit-chat)....everyone that wants to post a picture can post it there...some with no explanation. No responses are required or needed but are okay. If they have something that has a long explanation they are welcome to start a new thread. This idea seems to work well in a forum that has it's share of "problem children".....

Here's my opinion:
Those pictures are happy and uplifting - and doesn't that fit the spirit of the section? The problem with the PDAs is that many "diariers" don't modify the topic line when something new and exciting gets posted, so for those who only occasionally check that section, it means wading through pages of commentary to get to the fact/pic/funny...... If there was a single thread with pictures it would be the same thing.

Blessed be the children and the pets and the gardens and all things happy and interesting.

I did wonder why we could show our pets and not our babies.

I would like to see baby pictures, as well as pet pictures in General CC.

i think both babies and pets should go into the personal section - they are both very personal and now those people are allowed to changed the title.

they can easily change the title now to say "come look new pics".

I like them in CC section as I never go to PDA because I read by topic..not by person. If I wanted to know that much of somebody's business day after day, I'd probably PM. I liked it MUCH better the old way, but times, they are a'changin!! You're doing a great job at a difficult task. Kudos to you.

Love the board, the pets, the babies and grandbabies :), all of it...and yes, I love the diaries, but that section is time consuming, so better for ppl that want to wade thru.
We, lol, need to see the babies, while they are still small
Of course we understand, yours is a tough job, and you forgive our boo-boo's, right?

That's a tough one.

I just would like to see accurate advisories of what the pictures are going to about in the subject line and then it would be easier to decide what to look at or ignore.

"cute pics" doesn't quite do it for me.

"cute pics of adored new grandbaby" would be a lot better
