Def Leppard
Paradise by the Dashboard Light by Meatloaf

Celtic Thunder is great as well if you want something more soothing (Some of them aren't bad to look at either!)

I'll pray for you!

Thinking only good thoughts for your chemo---
the very first song I thought of--
I Don't Like Mondays, by Boomtown Rats...

There are a lot of musical kindred souls on this thread!!!!! I am LOVING a lot of the music you've suggested (and THINK I have about 75% of it on my iPod already, lol!!!!)

I like John Melleancamp! And Queen is a great idea. I also like Elton John and George Michael.

Do you know about http://www.pandora.com ?

It's a free site. You put in a song or artist that you like and it will suggest others you might like.

Firstly, I want to say that I will pray for a speedy recovery for you.... now to music these two always give me bravado

Erma Franklin..... Another little piece of my heart!

I'm a lot older than you, but I can only agree with so many of the suggestions you have already received. I would only caution against getting too down with Aerosmith while driving. They have been responisble for 2 of my 3 speeding tickets. LOL
I would highly second the suggestion of having some Native American Drum and Flute music. I really believe it can be calming and healing. I know it can get me thru some tough times.
