Congratulations!!!! I know how hard it is to quit. I smoked for years and finally gave them up 9 years ago. I had quit for three years when my husband left me. The first thing I wanted to do was go buy a pack. I worked through that telling myself I had already gone through 3 years without them don't buy any or you'll be right back smoking a pack a day. Now I don't even think about them and hate being around the smoke. I saw my sister-in-law go through a painful 2 1/2 years with lung cancer. I tell kids at the school where I work don't even smoke that first one. They can end up owning you, as to where you go, who you hang with, and what you do.

Congratulations!!
Next month it will be a year for me, got through this winter without being sick - smoking does take a toll on your health.
We finally wised up and quit!! We do deserve a pat on the back!

Congratulations!!! I've been a NON-SMOKER for 21 months. My lungs are finally clear and I breathe wonderfully. Gained 40 pounds, but now I set my mind to losing weight like I didn when I quit smoking, I've lost 15 pounds in the last month. It'll all come off if I keep my mind to it!!!
Doesn't it feel wonderful to say "I'm a non-smoker"?!!!1
