Burnt toast with peanut butter and a glass of orange juice is my favorite. I guess mom tried to cook breakfast, she just wasn't very good at it. Funny how some flavors bring back old times.

DITTO.............I loved peanut butter but if I would eat it now I would need an epipen or a trip to the ER.   same goes for fish.

A good replacement and most people are not allergic is Tahini. Tahani is ground sesame seeds, it has the same nutty taste as peanut butter. I eat that all the time. It is not as thick but I spread it on bread with jelly.

Marshmallow Fluff is magic. It is NOT like Kraft Marshmallow Creme- and it's only made in Lynn, Massachusetts, so I can't get it in OK, except by mail order. But every kid I knew growing up had fluffernutters in their lunch box. Yummy!
LOVE Fluffernutter's. Not being from the north; didin't know there was a difference in the fluff and the creme?? Interesting?? I also like to put a banana on there too. DH saw me do this one time and thought I was pregnant! lol lol lol

I live in the NE and didn't know (until now) there's a difference between fluff and creme. Probably because I can't get past the texture of pure sugar.

My kids have had fluff and pb- as I said- I don't deny them their food, just don't ask me to make it!
