I have a small TV in my laundry, watching TV or a DVD is a great way to pass the time ironing.

I have always liked ironing.
Me too...but I do iron the boys cotton boxers.

Wait, am I hearing this correctly, sheets aren't supposed to have wrinkles???? I don't think I've ever slept on unwrinkled sheets. Am I missing something?

My favorite "appliance" is my clothesline!!! I love hanging out my sheets and blankets. But I only iron fabric, that's it :D:D

I am afraid to hang my sheets outside because of the pollen. But I did grow up on a farm where we used a clothesline for everything.

Nothing is like the smell of a line dried sheet.

There's that word again -- MANGLE. What is a mangle?

Edit: I just googled. I know what they are...just have never called it that. We used one like that in the Home Management House at college. We had to iron everything. I suppose that's why I don't iron too many things today...and my priorities are elsewhere. Folding sheets while they're hot from the dryer works well. OR... put them back on the bed while they're warm, stretch them well.
