i don,t think that,s a funny joke im a mexican american born and raised in the usa, my parents where also born here in calif usa,my grandparents came to usa when calif and other states was still mexico ,they entered with a toll fee of .1cent each that was the fee to enter the usa there was know borders in those years you just paid the toll ,im glad to say they served the usa all there lives and my parents ,uncles ,aunts worked in factory,s to serve the war and my uncles and cousins served and died in war for your freedom and my freedom today

My mother's side of the family is all Mexican. She grew up in California, her mother, my grandmother, spoke spanish first, and english was her second language. My back ground is somewhat similar to nellie's and all of my family is here legally, as was Nellie's. Again, the only ones to be offended would be the people here ILLEGALLY!!!
Secondly, my dad's family is polish - (I call myself a polican) - and people make polish jokes all the time. They make me laugh - apparently we've earned that reputation somehow!!! I know who I am, where I come from and am comfortable enough with myself and background to laugh at a simple joke. Besides, I don't remember one specific ethnicity being mentioned or any one ethnicity being directly insulted, just that upon seing the patch they left........
