wow! that's great cindy! you might have won for this month! i haven't weighed yet, always do it at the last minute, but my hope is to have at least stayed the same. early in the month i had lost a lb, but i've been so busy i haven't watched my eating. i will improve! but i do plan on real tex-mex and mesquite grilled steak while in dallas! i'm off to the library to baste olivia's quilt! healthy eating!

This weeks Taboo: No extra snacks or snacking..... your mid morning snack and bedtime snack is O.K. If you do have to have that extra snack journal it and look back over the week and see how many times you did have that extra bite or bites, also maybe list the reason you had that snack.

Hi all, No winner here. Only two pounds this month. Hope this dry weather ends soon for all the farmers. They are having such a hard time now.

Ug!!! I gained 4 lbs. But I do feel really bloated today. It is probably mostly water weight, but....... Hopefully I will drop this in a couple days (if it's water) I need to do so much better!! No gaining allowed!!!!

Cindy, I lost 5.5 pounds, but I wouldn't post them as they were old pounds - you know, the ones you lose over and over. I will celebrate when I lose 'new' pounds.
