Ohhh that is soooo true!!! All of the dogs I have had in my whole life have been part of my family. Since my husband passed away my "boys" are my life. They are always happy to see me; they can make me laugh, and they love to cuddle. I would be lost without them! I am never "alone"!

This is so true!! Dogs are true friends, because the love they give is totally unconditional. Although, wait a minute, I get kisses in return for bacon bits, chicken, cheese, etc etc. Nah!! Its unconditional love!!

Definitely cats too! Even birds, we had a budgie that would go crazy when we came back home from visiting or shopping!!

Amen...I just sat beside my little baby on the floor beside her crate giving her "a massage"on her ears and between her eyes and she loves it......and she sighed a big sigh to let me know if felt good...wish she could learn to give me one...lol...

When I have to travel for my job, I really feel guilty leaving my dog behind. My husband understands! They are our "company" and I miss them when I am not home to be with them. Yes, I miss my hubby too but he can take care of himself!
