Mine comes from an old Medicine Man I knew in South Dakota.
He has since left on his journey home and lives among our ancestors.

For about 15 years I was very active the basenji (dog) world
Then I was in a car accident, got 'hit in the head' and came to the realization I wouldn't be able to do that the way I wanted to
Rugosa was my kennel name ad I sill have the license plate that says RugosaB

Mine is just my name and the age I was when I joined. Easy to remember.

Mine is the name of my favorite dog. She has passed now, my avatar is her successor. It was easy to remember.

My friend nicknamed me Dotty because there were 2 Maureen's in aclass of 4. The other was Messy. I had to change from just Dotty as others existed so added the shortened form of my name wish in could change it as I hate being called Dotty

Canny is a dialect word here in the Geordie area of England. It can mean Lots of things. I am a good quilter, I am a nice quilter, i am a careful quilter. These are things I aspire to lol so hence the name cannyquilter.

mines a little different. I drove an 18-wheeler for a living. My name is Cindy & my truck # was 60545. I'm retired now, but still use it.

I love jazz music and mine comes from that beautiful piece by Benny Goodman.

    Red face

I live in the state of Kentucky and for years I have collected bears. May have to change the bear to fabric, because I think the fabric collection is slowly moving my bears aside.

I am a country girl and a country crafter. When I tried to use either of those for my member name they were both taken and it was suggested I use a number after. I didn't want to do that, so I just decided to use a different spelling and that is how my name came about.
