We have this occasionally in our FL park too. It is posted private and no soliciting at the gate. We have been told to call the police if they come to our door.

About ten years ago in Oregon a guy used to come to the door selling seafood. It was pretty good. Better then the grocer.

Yes, they come to our place from time to time. They tell you that they had an order down the street and the guy wasn't there, and now they have all this meat and they will sell it to you for this reduced price. I think it's Omaha Steaks.

Those "salesmen" come thur my area..central Missouri..every few weeks. The same story from each one "we need to get rid of these last few steaks and what a deal for you" No Thanks...
