I haven't read every response, so excuse me if this has already been mentioned, but one of the best places to look is Neiman Marcus Last Call. I have found $3,000 plus evening gowns there for as little as $40. There are two listed in Michigan, so maybe one is close to you.

Yea I found a dress $15.00 and I am adding some sparkles to it also a silver flowing jacket for $10.00 the shoes were #30.00 It is going to be very nice I found it at TJ Max Mother of the bride is wearing a pantsuit
