I came home from China 5 lbs heavier than when I left but it was all water and was gone in 2 days. When I got home from my France trip I was only 1 lb heavier than the beginning of the month so I felt pretty good about that. Then came the quilt retreat this week M-W. Oh, the food! Huge, delicious meals. All kinds of yummy treats sitting out. I took along some apples and a veggie tray. Too bad I couldn't just stick with those. Sitting on your butt all day does not burn many calories!

Well I just did my morning weigh in to see what really happened this month. Thankfully still some loss overall for me. Tonight more trick and treat activities for the kids. So far so good. I did not have any candy yet.
