I would love to watch them, but our cable company is only carrying it on the full package channels. That would be a lot less material I could buy. A lot less.

I'll be watching. It is amazing what some of these athletes can do (especially those that aren't doped-up)! I'm not athletic in anyway so I get my workouts through watching...does that count? Of course some of their warmups are more than I could handle on any day!
Go Team USA!

I will watch it - I am proud to be an American and will cheer on every athlete and I will get chills when they DON'T drop our flag during the opening entrance of the countries, but watch it fly!!!!! Edie

I'm watcing the opening ceremony now. I love watching all the athletes, their story, background, maybe learning a little more about the different countries. I enjoyed watching some of the history and old photos of the olympics earlier today.

I really have no interest in the olympics. I would much rather be in my sewing room with some nice music. I have very little interest in TV period. Detest reality shows, see them once and you have pretty well seen the whole series.
Am I bitter? Kind of. TV use to be enjoyable.

I'm watching the opening ceremonies and am embarrassed that I don't recognize some of the countries!
Getting old is no excuse.

I've just finished watching...enjoyed most of it...NOT the way they kept cutting away for commercials. I was anticipating a concert from Paul McCartney...figured maybe 6 songs. He started with "hey Jude" and when he was done with this song...NBC ended the program.
I am not one to send off emails to companies...but, I'm considering it. I'm quite sure that they didn't have him there for 1 song.
