this last christmas eve my daughter and her 2 kids were here and I had some last minute sewing to do I got a new sewing chair and when I went to get up the chair flew backwards and of course I ended up on the floor on my back my daughter came into the room just then and asked Mom did you fall off the chair at that my grandaughter came in and my daughter told her I was on the floor because I dropped some pins well my grandaughter looked at her and said well are they on the ceiling because grandma is laying on her back.I think we laughted a long time after that.

oh my goodness! sounds like something i would do! hope your pain disappears and you see the humor in this very soon. feel better!
ps- i taught preschool and fat lips always got popsicles for relief.
