Packers! Born and a kid in Chicago, then next 39 years in northern Minnesota, then past 11 years here in SE Wisconsin ... family was never into football (but retained loyalty to Chicago Cubs baseball!), but was a Vikings fan until after Farve left the Packers (to Jets then to Vikings). Packers have a decent QB and a decent team, so I'm hoping they do win, especially against the Steelers who've been to Super Bowl numerous times.

STEELERS!!! I do not watch football games, don't understand it at all, but my son is a huge Steelers fan and because of him (plus we are formally from PA) I am a diehard Steelers fan. And, this year, I WILL start on the Steelers quilt for Phil!

Makes total sense to me because I am a PATRIOTS fan all the way!!! I still want the packers because the steelers quarterback stands for not a nice roll model! Even though he is not the whole team?? He is everything I can't stand and the coach should have done something about it!! as far as I'm concerned the coach didn't support the rest of the team by letting the quarterbacks behaivor go unpunished. I also agree that it is just a game and we shouldn't take it that seriously. But when these guys are suppose to be roll models for the future of our kids I take that seriously. I know it happens in all kinds of sports, it's just too bad. Don't want to hurt anyone's feelings or opinions. Just my thought on the matter. Won't say anything else.
I understand completely....and your points are completely valid. Good for you for having morals. Let's cheer for the commercials!!!

Love college football and will watch west coast teams that I don't know anything about, but could care the least about pros. Very odd, I go shopping that day of the super bowl have the stores to myself.

Having lived in the UP, and most people up there are Packer backers, and I sure was too. 'Course I had to marry a Lions fan. I was always sure that he was the only Lions fan in the UP.

Packers. You gotta love the Packers. No big money covering this team. The team is owned by the residents and companies in the area. Always loved the Packers and I am from Chicago. Oh, oh!
