I always froze banana bread, but I baked it in loaf pans and just put one loaf in each package instead of cutting it.

I agree. We love bananas here, but don't always eat them before they start turning. So I'm always freezing them or making something with bananas to freeze for later.

Wrap it in foil and put it in a freezer bag. It freezes well.

you can also make banana muffins freeze them use as you need

I actually freeze the bananas in their peeling. Just throw them into the freezer until I am ready to make some bread
