the first 45 i got was elvis singing caught in a trap I don't remember if that was the title of the song but started that way.
first album was the Monkees we still have a couple hundred albums and a bucket of 45's. Some that my dad would get went all the way back to the song like waltzing matitlda, you gotta wear shoes, he tried but just didn't understand what kids wanted in the 60's. in high school my mom came back from la with a album of the ugly dashund. I played it sometime so she wouldn't be hurt but she told me not to play it anymore cause the song of the dogs howling made our dog bark and upset. i thought it was fun to have him go along with them but it really got on her nerves lol lol |
