I take a certain amount of chips out and put the bag away so I won't eat the whole bag!! The chips I took out, I spread out on a plate or paper napkin and then eat the smallest and flatest first working my way to the biggest tightest folded one last. I think it developed as a way to make the chips last as long as possible. Maybe? Not really sure.

Oh and I remember the word now............worm casings...that the term for worm poop. And my nephew is working on a way to package "worm tea" That's a liquid form of the worm casings....again good for the garden. He tells me....as he has done a whole boatload of research.....that the liquid forms currently on the market are no good because the packaging is air tight. The liquid has to be aerobic, meaning it has to get air or the good bacteria die and all the good that was in the liquid is gone. So it's a real challenge to find a way to allow air in and none of the liquid out!

The things you learn!
my turn...again, lol...
When eating snacks from a bag or box, I dig to the bottom and eat all the little broken pieces first.
I had been doing this for years and one time my dh asked me, "Why?"
I said, "I have to. I'm saving all the little guys that usually are not so wanted and appreciated."
So he grabbed the bag of chips and crushed the whole bag and handed it back and said, "Now you have lots of new little friends!"

Mousie, your dh sounds like mine...hope you smacked him with that cute little tail.

I do eat the regular chips first and save the curled ones for last.....never thought about it.
Everyone is making me realize I have more quirks than I thought.
As I just added pickle juice to my yolks for making deviled eggs. Love that flavor......

He's such a mess, and yes, I Al-Kabong him regularly!
I love the salad cubes for my potato salad and with tuna.
I think it's the same as relish, basically, but less chopped up. Not sure, but it makes fantastic p. salad and I used to use relish...rethinking what I just said

Sweet pickle relish and/or juice make for the yummiest deviled eggs.
I went to a fundraiser tuesday night with 200 some other women. During the drawing for the raffle a bat start flying around. A big brown bat. Women were screaming. It was very exciting for about 15 minutes until 1 of the 3 men there (working) went up in the balcony and knocked it down with a broom.
First, you mean people make deviled eggs WITHOUT pickle juice???? Wow! You leaen something new everyday!

Bats? Bats? Oh, I hope all of the bats in WI are in your neck of the woods!

Isn't it called "castings" or something like that? Yes, I've heard it's super good for plants!

Well, if he didn't know I was there before I stared him right in his little bat face, he certainly did after I did... I'm serious -- those screams are still ringing in the halls...
