It seems that I am getting enough of what I need so the above is ruled out and that leaves circulation in legs.....there is an herbal tea that can be made on a daily bases and drank to help. I will do that and let you all know....

The rug is wonderful---but I have to ask ??? have you tried putting a bar of soap under your bottom sheet, just a little above where your ankle would rest? I make a small cloth pouch to put it in and pin it to the mattress pad) DH says it works...in fact, just made a new pouch for a bar tonite (he went to bed and I had forgotten to put one back after changing bed). Only other addition I can give you is "square" bars seem to work best.

A while back someone here mentioned about putting a bar of soap in your bed for leg cramps. At first, I just laughed it off but I really have TOO much stuff going on with my legs and thought' "nothing ventured, nothing gained." So, I did and I cannot explain it but it sure helps my leg cramps. I've tried it since without it and my cramps and such come back.
So, I keep 2-3 bars near my legs just in case one falls off. I'm sure someone will one day figure how why this works. I sure would like to know.
But, I have to say, it makes me wonder just who in the world thought about doing this in the first place. It is just plain weird! But, I don't mind...it helps!

I am so pleased someone started this conversation. I really never found anyone who understood what I was experiencing until of course the tv.
About the sheet rug. It is really lovely. I once made a fabric rug but the little pieces that stuck out annoyed me to no ends. I don't seem to see any fraying on yours. What do you do to avoid that?
