i am not a fan of Palin but since i at one time lived in Anchorage, Alaska and learned to love it. i only watch it for the scenery. i miss Alaska very much but it is too expensive to live there or i would. Beautiful state.

This was not meant to be a political forum. It was asking if people watched the program about alaska, etc. NOTHING to d with politics. Please reread the original post. Thanks

That show with Kate was embarrassing. She made an absolute fool of herself. I don't know how she shows her face anywhere.
Otherwise, I'm enjoying the show because of the beaut. scenery. I enjoyed Sarah for awhile but I can now sense the "reality show" dialogue. The activity is so staged. But I love seeing Alaska.

We went to Alaska for our 25th wedding anniversary, and I think seeing the state through her eyse would not add to what I experienced, so I don't watch it.

We spent 7 days on an inland tour and 6 days on a cruise. The inland tour was one of the highlights of my life, the cruise, eh, it was nice. We were on an airplane that had visible duct tape holding parts on it, and flew over the Arctic Circle. OMG, it was such a wonderful trip

I agree with Edie. I like Sara's freshness and honesty. I think we need more honesty and not so much political correct. I love the scenery

Watched 1 show - part of it anyway. I'm not the outdoorsy type, so a little goes a long way. I realize that Alaska is all about the outdoors, so I probably won't watch any more of it.
