Congratulations! I lived in Mililani while I worked at Tripler from 1988 until 1993. I loved the orchids! Had a yard full. We stayed in a series of hotels until we finally found a nice house up mountain in Mililani. I started quilting after going to see the Queen's crazy quilt and the Hawaiian quilts at the Bishop Museum.

I love that place! My girls gave us a trip there for my birthday and I am spoiled. I'll never be totally happy in the adjacent 48 again.

Beautiful! Today is our 5 year anniversary since we renewed our vow's on Maui. It's cold, damp and windy here in Michigan today and have been wishing we were back in Hawaii all day. This picture made my day. 30 years next month on the 20th. will be our first anniversary date.

Aaahhh love Waikiki. My youngest son was born in Honolulu and we stayed in Waikiki during the time we did his adoption. Such a good memories. Enjoy the shaved ice, island food and Aloha.
