Lucky you. I lived on Ohau for over 6 years and I loved it. Two of my boys would move back in a heart beat. I think it's a wise investment.

We visited that island two years ago. It was absolutely beautiful. The weather was delightful. Where on the island is your house? The chickens constantly crowing was the only annoying thing about the island, and I am sure you will get used to that. Wish I could afford to live there! My husband is a mechanic and one lady at one of the stands offered to get him set up with a repair shop there because they have to ship their cars to Oahu (sp?) and it takes months to get there Beemers back!
