We were back in Kauai in August and put another offer in, and still did not get it! This was on another house. It is a short sale, so it may take the bank a while to decide if they want to take the other person's offer. Then if they don't, we may be back in the running again. And this house has room for a sewing room! It is in a little valley called the Lawai Valley. It is so pretty! There must be a better place around the corner if none of these are working out...

Congrats! Hawaii is beautiful! I have been to Honolulu (sp?) and the big island years ago.
