Okay Girls,
I want to butt watch too :) :) I work in a hair salon that is all plate glass windows so while I can't join you under the tree, I CAN watch out the window. I think I did good at lunch today, I had a blackened grouper salad and did the weight watchers salad dressing trick, just dipped my fork in the dressing I had lot's of dressing left over :) :) I have a yogurt in the fridge should I desire a snack this afternoon and have fresh peaches and grapes at home for either dinner or T.V. snacks.

Anyone else like the Quaker Rice Snacks? Everyone I know looks at me funny when I say I like them. I always have though, even when they only came in plain. Now the different flavors make me drool when I am trying to choose them in the store. I don't crave sweets very often though, mostly salty snacks, and the ranch and the sour cream and onion ones- YUM OH!!

Butt watching can be aerobic ya know. It is especially so when I whip my head around and try and get a second look at some eye candy...:D It actually takes my breath away sometimes. hehehe

I love the WW dressing trick. I so love fish and I think you did great today!

Now listen YOU. It is not nice to tease the monkeys. I am climbing all over my cage thinking about your dinner.

Drooling,

Your resident monkey Missy

I am sooo in love with those snacks! I just take my happy little self once a month to the store to buy some. I am out now but that is OK because I am using the new Popcorn Seasonings. MMMM MMMM Gooooood!

Still drooling,

Hang in there. If you are swelling then it very well could be fluid retention. Keep pushing the water and move move move.
