Hi Ladies,
I wanted to check in this morning and try to catch up on reading the thread. So much going on; I don't have a lot of time to read/post and just can't keep up with everyone as well as I'd like!
I've been sticking to my eating plan pretty well so far this month, and it's starting to show on the scale. Now all I have to do is keep it up for 3 more weeks this month, right?
Take care, I'll check in when I'm able,
Wendy

Today I had orange juice and a bite of a chocolate chip cookie!

Last night for supper I had fish tacos, they were awesomely good. I cook baked fish, mix thousand island dressing with lettuce, tomato and cheddar cheese, and stuff in a taco shell with picante sauce. Soooo good!

My weight is finally down a pound and a half. This has been a yo-yo month, jumping up and down 5 pounds. I'm ready for warm so I can increase my exercise.

Good morning everyone. It is good to see some losses being reported. My weight fluctuates so much because I have 3 different levels of carbs throughout the week. Looks like I may be down a couple.

Sandy, I never understood my doc when he warned me against over-working my knee, but he okayed riding the bike - with all that rotation? I am grounded from any cardio I WANT to do, TurboFire, Insanity, etc, so I am doing the elliptical 3x a week. It was a tough one yesterday as the end of the week usually finds me lacking much energy. (Does it miff you when your name gets misspelled? It is the only LYNN(e) that looks right to me.)

Since today is my high carb day (no more than 200 gms), my DH made me breakfast! French toast (on Texas toast bread), bacon, and tangerine. Right now he is making fried chicken breasts for our 17 yr old. Every now 'n then he gets a wild hair and cooks. He must have been a woman in a different life. Cooks better, cleans better, and some days is a better mother than me.

I hope everyone is thawing out. We may see 62 degrees today. And we have sunshine!

We are finally over 32 degrees WOOHOO!!!!! Beautiful blue skies and sunshine. I think I will go for a walk after lunch. Which do you think is more frustrating, to have your weight go up and down, or to be like me and it never changes?
