You have such a good plan for your eating! Yay! I am eating oatmeal for breakfast too and then fruit for a snack and then lunch and mid afternoon more fruit and dinner is at 6 or so. I should try your idea of the tea time in the late afternoon. Everyone in my house is in bed by 8 or so though. So I do not know how that would work. Can't hurt to try though.

98 degrees???? Holy Hades!! It is only 63 right now and very breezy. I even put a sweater on a few minutes ago. Our weather is just gorgeous. I hope you do get that break in the heat!

I am fine with it I can not turn away someone who wants to get on the healthy wagon. Write down your weight and add yourself to the list.

Do you want a giggle? I just now figured out that the PM list has a sent list LOL. I couldn't figure out how you all could tell your PM hadn't been read.

I am a member of a historical sewing forum, I don't go there often maybe every few months. Their system is when you get a PM there is a yellow flashing light. It took me forever to figure out what the flashing light meant.

I had a great first day and a half. I find it simply amazing the number of times I want to eat when I am not even hungry, no wonder I was obese. It is too hot to walk the dog or clean the horses area for exercie, so I'll have to hula hoop or to DDR tonight :)

Blood work results are back. In range. and they explained the green veggie thing a little better. more portion control but not go with out. sounds like a winning thing. Gave her the example of me eating salads for evening meals during night shift week. No. a small salad during the week ok. mix it up with other veggies. kept stressing "side dish" and she used example that coleslaw was ok side dish size not the whole bowl. I am thinking she eats cafeterias a lot more than me. but I did get the point. so that all makes me feel better. Will go home and do some exercising on my wii. Just think of me as the little pig on the car ride home going wii... wii....wii... :)

What program do you use on the Wii? I have Wii Fit [not the updated one] and I can't get my heart rate up enough with it. I love DDR. What do you use and do you like it? Thanks.
