Okay Ms. Fatcat, I got your back - my doctor "implied" that I need to drop 100 plus lbs. And plus, I want to be around to see my GKids become young adults. Do a chant each morning that you can do this and JUST DO IT

Neither are most of the rest of us. If we could, we wouldn't need any support.

Now remember, this really isn't a dieting group as much as it is a healthy choices group. We are all learning better ways to live and to make better choices for ourselves and our families.

Count me in! I need to lose 50 lbs. I've decided to not go on a traditional diet. I'm going to "measure" my food and not eat in between meals. Also, cut the chips and Blue Bell icecream! I started this morning to walk up the hill and back. I think I'll get my husband to take a picture of me from the neck down...then another at the end of the month. Thanks for the encouragement!

Ok, count me in again. I only lost 2 pounds in Aug but that is better than gaining. It is still way too hot to exercise outside. 100 - 110 most days and it does not cool down enough at night to go out, besides by then I am too tired. But I refuse to give up! Thanks to all of you for being there and to trupeach1 for running this. Let's all get healthier one day at a time.
