OK I think if we would get down to 90 I would thinka cold front came thru. Hot here in central TExas too.
Dallas is starting rolling black outs due to low electricty and such. Last time was when we had the cold this winter. So sad.

It was 111 degrees here today. It is 6:40 pm now and it is still 108 degrees! The water temperature of Lake Texoma is 90 degrees...a record. We've had no rain for the last 3 months and none in sight. I don't remember moving to the desert, but maybe I did.

lucky you. we could use a break. our a/c was broke since saturday yuck it was hard. I don't know how anyone without a/c does it. It was finally fixed this afternoon and after 3 hours the house is finally cooling down. Yeah!!Guess I didn"t realize how spoiled I was since I have always lived the east or west coast

Little Rock broke a all time record yesterday of 114 degrees and it felt like 117. It has been terribly hot all week. You can't breath when you are outdoors. I feel sorry for the workers outside. I can't take the heat like I could when I was young. Everyone is complaining about the heat. I wonder what winter will bring?????? Does a very hot summer bring on a very cold, snowy winter?

We are celebrating 9 sunny afternoons -- today was the first sunny morning and it got just above 80. I used to love hot weather, but I would not like to be the the heat.

I pray the heat breaks soon for all of you.
