Sirloin steak cooked with an envelope of Lipton's onion soup mix, salad, and whatever veggies I pick up at the farmers market this afternoon. Will have plenty of leftover meat for burritos with steak strips, bell peppers and onions. Then, perhaps the rest of the left over meat for hash.

Just got back from shopping. It's gonna be a hot sultry day, so I am having lemonade, pulled pork sandwiches, a cool jello salad some hash rounds and that should pretty well keep the house cool. I thaw out the hash rounds and give them a flash fry and that works great, sprinkle a little herb-y stuff on them and it is cool city! I am not complaining. I love this hot weather, and right now the hotter the better. I still have flashbacks of the winter and spring and sometimes wonder if it isn't going to snow tomorrow! Only kidding. I am also going to make a key lime refrigerator dessert - they are bars! Nice and cold!!!!! Edie
