Update on last night's dinner.........

I had to clean my sewing room after my last project. For those who know me, I can drive myself bonkers if my sewing room isn't clean.....lol

So while I was cleaning, my husband made dinner. We had warm ham and cheese wrapped in tortillas and chipolte hot sauce.
I can tell you it was the best thing since sliced bread!!

What is left over in the refrig., that is still eatable, along with a salad. Guessing a bowl of great northern beans, cornbread, tossed salad with snow peas and blackberry cobbler. Thinking this is what I saw last time I looked. I cook once every three or four days because quilting is more important than eating.

Leftovers. We tried Chipolte Grill on Wednesday and two entree items was way too much food (but it was really good). And it will be quick to reheat WHEN I GET HOME FROM THE GRAND OPENING OF JOANN'S IN PARAMUS NJ!!! We finally have one within reasonable driving distance.

Cheesy potatoes with ham chunks, green beans and salad. Very quick and easy.
