Are you suggesting that you want to use something in place of your favorite expeletive! If that's the case I usually come out with "frick and frack!" Don't know where it came from, but it's long enough for me to gain control. If you want to reply to a person who said something, try "thank you, I'll take that into consideration." Emphasis on consideration...that's my 2 cents.

When we were little my parents taught us to say piggy snoots instead of bad words, sounds cute from a small child not to well received in a group of teenagers!! today I say snot monkeys real loud works for me :)
