I'm always sad to hear or see people eating this stuff. I believe it to be the largest contributing factor to American's ill health.

Well I haven't bought any of that in years, but I did buy 2lbs of bologna last week. I've ate it almost every meal. there's about 3 slices left.

Lea, I could eat bologna every day of the week. I try to avoid it as much as possible because I know it is one of the worse things I can eat......but sometimes I just pig-out on it.

processed cheese too much
seasoned seaweed too much
Spam too much
immitation crab meat in california rolls good amount
turkey breast packaged some
potatoe chips some times
those little packs of cheese and crackers some times
canned fish sometimes
but overall very little processed foods as I am allergic to seems everything
I can not eat any of those seasonned packaged mixes or salad dressings because of the spices in them. I am very allergic to black pepper too.

I buy little processed food as it is expensive and not good for you. DH does love a bologna sandwich and I like a little cheez whiz on my whole wheat toast under my egg for breakfast. My son constantly reminds me that my fridge is full of boring food (fruit and vegetables) and that there is nothing in there that you don't have to wash, peel or chop and often cook before you eat it. No pop, mini pizzas or corn dogs either!

Every once in a while, I'll buy some deli lunchmeat. Other than that, the only things that I'd call processed are some minimalist canned goods (mushroom soup, canned beans & tomatoes) that I keep on hand in case of power failures or drop in guests at dinner time when I need a meal "extender" dish.
