Someone here on the board had this saying on their signature line, and I really like it:

Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says I'll try again tomorrow.

I love this one from Abe Lincoln. "It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt". There's another one I use with my kids. "Every time God closes a door, he opens a window".

I can't stand -it is what it is. Especially when said by my 2 fav mortgage brokers. Just makes me feel like they won't do something to help a situation.

I always say- put your big girl panties on and deal with it.

I used to say life sucks and then you die. but then i lost someone very close to me- he died. and life sucks without him. so I don't say that anymore.

I love all of your sayings! I'm going to use them all this week! My favorite is "Be Good." I liken it to a shortened saying of "Treat others as you would like to be treated." My mom taught me that long ago. It works for me, even though I do need a little reminder every now and then!
