Best Buy is closing alot of their stores. If the price was significantly lower, I WOULD buy from WM or T....as long as the item wasn't "seconds" and they offer a warranty.

Go to the Apple store as they have classes. Also, try Best Buy because their replacement policy and warrantees are better.

I bought a Kindle Fire, new tv, and many other things like this at Wal-Mart. I have not had a problem with any of them, so yes I would buy them at Wa-Mart but cant say about Target.

Apple does not allow Walmart to sell their products cheaper. Apple controls their pricing of their products.
