    Hi Pat - Welcome to the board from Carol in NE Ohio. Everyone has problems at one time or another matching seams up. The quarter inch foot really, really helps.

    hello pat! i lived in texas 25 yrs and i'm trying to get back ! it was 90 here one night last week, with a little breeze, and so nice and soft, it reminded me of home

    I find the scant 1/4" seam works better for me.

    Welcome, I to have problems with quarter seams. I find that if I am consist in my seams, 1/4 or 5/16 does not matter as much as consistancy in matching points together. I keep practicing.
